The purpose of our quality objectives is to determine the conformity of the requirements (customers and organizations), facilitate effective deployment and improve the quality management system. The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system where our organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system. We do this including processes for continuous improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to customer, following all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All our customers will have access to the reporting system where all Key Solution employee report the daily activities, the goals and the solutions applied to fix issues. Service engineers, field engineers and inspectors provide accurate feedback and communication, keep and update all the activities performed, provide handover and guidelines for the Key Solution team, coordinate any changes necessary to ensure continuous and efficient operations and suggesting plans for minimal downtime if required. The reporting system ensure effective communication with the team and the customers for immediate supervision and troubleshooting.

ISO 14001 builds an EMS that addresses legal compliance issues and environmental
aspects. OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 manages job hazards and other Health and Safety
issues. These standards helps build improvement objectives, training programs and
control documents (work instructions, operating manuals, etc) to manage the system.
Many large and foreign-based companies often require that their suppliers become ISO
14001 and 45001 certified.

For these reasons, Key Solution decided to obtain the certification ISO 14001/45001, in
order to to meet increasingly high legal and regulatory requirements as well as customer
expectations of corporate responsibility.

Key Solution considered that the adoption and the application of a Management System, in compliance with ISO 9001, was a suitable instrument to achieve the corporate objectives and was the basis for a corporate development according to internal organizational rules that point to guarantee the safety of the processes, in particular those that have the greatest influence on the qualitative level of the performances.

Furthermore, Key Solution intends to develop, implement and maintain an integrated Management System for Environment and Safety, in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, in which aspects such as respect of the environment and safety on the workplace are considered fundamental.
